Approval
of the Constitution
The adoption of this
Constitution was passed through a consultative referendum by the
people older than age of the EU member countries.
Most of these referenda were
carried out during 2005. Los The positive votes of the States ratified
the Constitution, except for the refusal of France and the
Netherlands.
