The requirements to be met in
order to adopt a family in China are:
· Not
having children.
· Take
only a boy or girl.
· Being
over 40 years if one is single, divorced or widowed and want to adopt a child.
· The
child must be under 14 years of age unless the parent is an orphan, abandoned
or with parents who can not keep.
· Have an
estate in excess of € 58,000.
· Being
more than 30 years.
· Not
having, or have had, oncological diseases or chronic.
· Have
means and skills to maintain and educate the child.
· To
demonstrate a commitment to monitor the adoptee.
· Possessing
a Letter of Eligibility issued by the Administration.
· To
report psychosocial.
Worth noting
There
are exceptions when children are orphans, the handicapped, parentless
identified or are maintained by the social welfare organization, then the
adoptive parents are exempt from the requirements of not having children and
adopt one.
