The Prime Minister and the Minister of Housing has announced that from January 1 was granted € 210 per month for the rental of housing to young people between 22 and 30 years.

This measure is part of the Strategic Plan for Access to Housing, will be accompanied by a loan of 600 euros for the payment of the bond, a bond for the first six months of rent and an increase in tax breaks within the statement of income up 10.5%.

Among the requirements are to have required years, be working, reside in Spain since at least 4 years ago and did not win more than € 22,000 annuallyThis amount has been extended to 24,000 in the implementation of the increase in tax relief.

Although it is not yet known when it will be possible to apply for this help, we know that will benefit as new leases to existing ones. Moreover, the benefit will be received for no more than 48 months. If the rent is shared 210 euros will be divided between the two tenants.
