Allocation

The average allocation is managed by the Autonomous Community. The most commonly used is the draw. The date and location are chosen by the Administration and published in the Official State Bulletin or in the bulletins of the autonomous regions concerned.

The draw takes place after selected individuals who meet the conditions set out in the notice. This will be done in public and before a notary.
