Amount of delivery

The amount of the allowance is calculated from the base. This is obtained by dividing by 30 the base price of the previous month. The base price is the gross money charged by the employee prior to deduct contributions to Social Security and the income tax. They do not include allowances or other similar concepts.

In case of illness or accident at work the base figure is calculated also taking into account the price overtime in the previous year divided by 365 days. This amount is in addition to that obtained from the previous month's estimate.

The amount of the allowance shall be 60% of the base in case of illness or accident is not common labor since the fourth day it is beginning to pay until the twentieth, which becomes 75% of the base.

In case of illness or accident at work will be charged a pension from the first day of 75% of the base.
