Requirements
for an animal trade in Appendix II
To import or export of the
species in Appendix II of CITES number requirements to be followed are as
follows:
· To export requires
an export permit from the Management Authority of the exporting country.
Issued when the specimen was acquired legally.
· To re-export
requires a re-export certificate from the Management Authority of the
State of re-export. Only broadcast if the specimen was re-exported under the
laws of the Convention.
· The animals or
plants that are alive should be transported in a manner that did not suffer
any damage.
· No permission
is required for the import of the Management Authority of the State of
import unless otherwise specified by law.
