Requirements
for an animal trade in Appendix III
At the time of import or
export any of the species included in Appendix II must meet the following
requirements:
· To make exports
from a country with an animal listed in Appendix III requires an export
permit from the Management Authority of the State. Issued when the specimen
was acquired legally.
· To make an export
of another State is required certificate of origin issued by the CITES
Management Authority.
· To re-export
requires a re-export certificate from the Management Authority of the
State of re-export.
