Application of unemployment benefit

This procedure, also known as application of unemployment must be made in the Office of Public Employment Service appropriate in the 15 business days following the interruption of the contract.

The first requirement is to have covered a period of trading least 12 months in the last 6 years. Once these and other conditions fulfilled, we will have to register as a jobseeker and request delivery.

If it meets all the requirements, the start of the unemployment benefit will be the day after its application. The money will be paid on the day 10 of every month. In some cases there is the possibility of requesting the provision in a single payment.
