Four Noble Truths

 

The theory of Buddhism is the need to liberate the mind to eliminate the desires, ambitions and frustrations. This is the only way to avoid the pain and sufferingThe final state of freedom, liberation is absolute Nirvana.

 

Among the highlights Buddhist doctrines The Four Noble Truths proclaimed by the Buddha:

 

·  Life is pain from the moment they are born.

 

·  The origin of the pain is the desire, ansiar always something else.

 

·  The purpose of pain is extinguish all desire.

 

·  To achieve the extinction of desire is necessary to follow a certain path that is called: Noble Óctuple Path Way or East that is based on avoiding the extremes of pleasure and of suffering.
