Documentation

The documents required to get married by civil include:

·  A photocopy of the ID card, passport or residence card.

·  Certificate literal birth date: is issued in the civil register.

·  Certificate of Residence: requested by the municipality in which it has resided for the past two years.

·  Certificate of singleness by an affidavit of marital status issued by the court.

·  Certificate of Citizenship.

·  Instances completed the Civil Registry.

·  Authorization of court if any of the spouses is over 16 and under 18.

These documents must be submitted on paper and stamped their validity is six months.
