Documentation
The documents required to get
married by civil include:
· A photocopy of the
ID card, passport or residence card.
· Certificate
literal birth date: is issued in the civil register.
· Certificate of
Residence: requested by the municipality in which it has resided for the past two
years.
· Certificate of
singleness by an affidavit of marital status issued by the court.
· Certificate of
Citizenship.
· Instances
completed the Civil Registry.
· Authorization of
court if any of the spouses is over 16 and under 18.
These documents must be
submitted on paper and stamped their validity is six months.
As in the religious link,
