Parties of
the European Constitution
The European
Constitution is divided into four parts:
· Defining
the values, objectives, responsibilities, decision-making procedures and
institutions of the European Union. It
also focuses on the symbols, citizenship, democracy and the Union's finances.
· The
Charter of Fundamental Rights among which are such dignity,
equality and solidarity.
· Description
of the policies and internal and external actions and
the functioning of institutions of the European Union.
· General
and final provisions of the Treaty, including
the procedures for adopting and revising the Constitution and the repeal of
previous treaties.
