Cooperatives.
· Getting the formal
designation of cooperative in the Register of Cooperatives.
· Come to the repository
for all partners sign the Memorandum of Association and Articles of
Association.
· To liquidate in
the Tax Agency taxes inheritance and documented legal.
· Enrolling in the
Register of Cooperatives rather than in the Trade Register, thus obtaining
legal personality.
