Criminology - Introduction (Spain)

It is a science that studies the causes and circumstances of individual crimes, the personalities of offenders and the suppression of them.

 

The criminologist is responsible for conducting studies and research relevant to know the facts on which the crime occurred and who is the author of the same.

 

The work of the forensic Spain carried out joint police scientific and forensic doctors. All of this is overseen by an investigating judge.

 

Police scientific

 

The Spanish police because of the need to incorporate new technologies in the area of forensic science was forced to create UPC (Police Scientific Units) within the national police force.
