Dangerous Races

 

There is also a specific law for dangerous dogs. This is the Royal Decree 287/2002 of 22 March by the developing Law 50/1999 of 23 December.

 

The law considers the dangerous dog breeds and crossbreeds following: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Dogo Argentino, Mastín Napolitano, Fila Brasileiro, Tosa Ina and Ina Akita.

 

He also believes those dangerous dogs because of their size, physical, weight, complexion or force likely to cause injury to persons. Also those with aggressive temperament.
