Several bar associations gathered at the second meeting of the Committee on Relations with the Administration of Justice (CRAJ) have submitted an idea for reforming the law on Protection Measures Comprehensive Gender Violence.

This idea arises because of the discomfort of these groups to the courts of gender violence. This reform is in the lap of investigating magistrates to cases of criminal jurisdiction by such violence.

Moreover, the judges believed that the most specific and which require a faster resolution because they must provide protection to battered people have to be carried out by the courts specializing in the subject.
