Process of adoption (Spain)

 

Documentation required for the adoption

 

The person concerned must come in the service of protecting children in the Autonomous Community to which he belongs and fill out a questionnaire availability. This must be accompanied by a series of documents which may vary from a few other autonomous regions:

 

·  Civil Registry:

 

- Certificate of registration of birth.

 

- Certificate literal marriage or for the registration as a de facto partner.

 

- Certified photocopy of the national identity.

 

- Certified photocopy of Family Book.

 

·  From City Hall:

 

- Certificate of registration.

 

·  Of Finance:

 

- Attested copy of the Statement of Income Tax (Income Tax of Individuals) and the Heritage of the last fiscal year.

 

·  From notary:

 

- Affidavit of no children of her own and / or adopted in the case of manifest lack of children.

 

·  Others:

 

- Medical certificate of the health status of each applicant psychophysics, which establishes in its case, if you suffer from severe chronic disease, or if infecto-contagiosa or degenerative presents dependence on drugs.

 

- Pictures type card for each applicant.
