Early
retirement in the general scheme
Workers may opt

· Be registered in
the INEM offices during the 6 months preceding the application for retirement
pension.
· Demonstrate that
the end of the last contract will not be produced by the worker.

Exceptional
circumstances
In addition to the overall

other workers eligible for early retirement:
· Workers who have a
disability equal to or higher than 65%.
· Workers who have
more than 60 years with any of the following conditions:

Have the mutual status since before 1967.

Work RENFE since before April 14, 1967 or FEVE since before
December 19, 1969.

Being included in the Special Regime for mariners before August 1, 1970
- Membership of the Special Regime coal miners
since before April 1, 1969 or before December 31 of that same year if it is
mutual status.
Worth
noting
The reduction
coefficient is a set amount that is applied to the actual number of years
worked to reduce them. Thus, by applying these coefficients can be a miner who
retired at age 50, if that date is applying the reduction coefficients year
