Electronic commerce - Introduction

This is a transaction that involves the distribution and sale of certain products and services online.

 

Electronic commerce has now become the biggest market for sale. This is evidenced by the sales of 2006 have increased by approximately 50% compared to 2005.

Legislation in Spain

·  Royal Decree Law 14/1999 of 17 December electronic signature.

 

·  A proposed law on electronic signature of Dec. 27, 2001.
