It is the process by which the body uses the nutrients these substances for the formation and maintenance of tissues such as bone or muscle.

 

The nutrients that allow the body to perform this function are proteins contained in sin, meat and dairy products and minerals. For example, a contribution insufficient calcium affects the structure of the bones.
