Grants State (Law 38/2003)
This law provides that a
subsidy is any provision economic granted by the State Administration, the
Autonomous Communities and Local natural or legal persons. It must meet certain
requirements under the same law as:
· The agency
providing should not receive any direct compensation.
· It has to be aimed
at the realization of a project with public purpose or goal.
This document establishes obligations
of beneficiaries among which are the following:
· Meeting the goal
for which he was awarded the grant.
· Justifying to the
competent authority compliance with the requirements.
· Communicate if it
receives grants or other aid.
