There are state agencies to which they must go to make many efforts. They tend to rely on any Ministry, while having its own right.

The headquarters of these agencies normally found in Madrid. On the other hand, tend to have a presence in all capitals Province and in some cases in all the cities that exceed a certain number of inhabitants.

Classes agencies

·  Taxation Agency: public body which is responsible for all matters relating to taxation and customs.

·  General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) is responsible for issuing permits and drivers licenses, to authorize the training of drivers and registering vehicles, among other things. It has presence in all provincial capitals.

·  Land: Their roles are for example the housing register municipal mapping of existing buildings and the changes that occur in them. It has presence in all provincial capitals and other major cities.

·  Civil Registry: there is a Central Registry, records Municipal and Consular records. They register births, marriages, deaths and other aspects relating to a person's marital status.

·  Property Registry: is the body which should include property that was held by them, to guarantee the rights over them. It depends on the Ministry of Economy and Finance, but has presence in the autonomous regions.

·  INEM (National Employment Institute) is responsible for registering the number of people without jobs, handle benefits they receive for being in this situation and help in finding a job. It also offers training courses.

·  Treasury Social Security is the body where workers should be high or low in the scheme of Social SecurityReports to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
