History
Blogs appeared in the mid-90s
as an evolution of online newspapers and websites were common with
commentary and links to be updated frequently.
The term weblog appeared in
1997 at the hand of Jorn Barger. The name of the blog that are known at
present these pages appeared in the year 1999.
The boom of blogs took
place in 2002. Since then this phenomenon is growing rapidly every day and has
more followers worldwide.
On August 31, 2005 was coined
as the International Day of the Blog. Since then thousands of users
blog, known as blogers, celebrating this holiday.
