Telefonica launched a new local internet connection with a speed of 10 meg real. This offer will begin in November 2007, provided that the Telecommunications Market Commission (CMT) to accept it.

The company will also offer its services along with Internet versions pack with some improvements, especially in channels. On the one hand the "duet" with telephone and the Internet and on the other the "trio" adds of prior service television.

Now only 50% of the Spanish State has the capacity to house a speed internet 10 meg which will increase in 2010 to approximately 80%. Also on that date some homes may have a connection speed of 100 meg.
