A formal contract is a
written or oral agreement on the establishment of a working relationship
between two people: employer and employee. Both pledge to adhere to the
document.
There are different types of
contracts with characteristics and conditions that should know. The legislation
that regulates is available at the National Employment Institute, or
through its website.
Specific
contracts
· Contract training is aimed at young
people aged over 16 and under 21 years, although there are exceptions where the
students come from schools Workshop. The objective of this contract is to train
young people who lack it.
· Contract work at
home (telecommuting): it is one in which the employee performs the task
assigned outside the workplace.
· Contract in
practice is designed to give an opportunity to acquire skills in line with
academic training to young people who are studying or have just finished their
studies.
· Contract for
people with disabilities: for those who have legally recognized disability equal
to or above 33The Certification of Disability requested in the
Ministry of Social Affairs of each Municipality.
Other types
of contracts
· Contract for
research: When recruitment for the completion of a research project or when the
employee joins the Spanish system of science and technology.
· Hand-over: it is one in
which a person is hired to serve part-time, covering part of the working day
that an employee has left free to partially retire.
· Contract
substitution for early retirement: in recruiting a person to fill the low
generated by another that has been retired before the age limit set out in each
case.
