The formalities and efforts encompass all those requests and approvals
made in front of the Civil Service in order to obtain a document, certificate
or permit.
They include the application of the ID card, registration or
registration with Social Security, among others. Some of these steps are
required, such as registration of a child at birth.
There are other voluntary efforts. They were carried out only under
certain circumstances such as apply for a visa when you want to travel to
certain countries.
Types of applications
To apply or to initiate a proceeding in front of the Administration
there are usually two possibilities for delivering these documents:
Come to the Ministry or the Ministry concerned.
Come to the Office of Integrated Care and Information Citizen.

common are those issued in the civil register as the birth or marital status. The
certificates can be of different kinds:
· Literal: is an exact copy
of the original document without omitting any information.
· Excerpt: This is a
certificate that contains a summary of the information contained in the
original.
Licenses can also be classified as follows:
· Positives: prove that a
person is enrolled in a registry.
· Negatives: certify that the
person is not entered in the register, for example, of
convictions.

When forms are delivered in any public body, is entitled to receive a
copy of the documents submitted. This will serve as a voucher for a future
claim.
