Marrow Transplant and fertility

The Massachusetts General Hospital (USA) has conducted studies with mice in which the marrow transplant seemed a way to restore fertility in women who have lost as a result of chemotherapy treatments.

It seems that the transplant would help to produce new cells and the generation of these immature ova. Although it appears that these eggs are not yet fecundables, opens a path in such studies.
