Meninges

The central nervous system is protected, in addition to bone structures for three meninges. There are three membranes that prevent inter alia the entry of infectious agents in the nervous system:

·  Dura: is the most external and harder.

·  Fromed: it is the middle layer. It produces cerebrospinal fluid.

·  Elsewhere: the inner layer of the meninges.
