Prevention
Some of the major measures to
prevent thrombosis are:
· Purchase tickets
for business class where there is more space between the seats.
· Using compression
socks for the blood to flow more easily and not cause clots. They can be a
model sock or waist.
· Take an aspirin
before the flight and during the two days of arrival.
· Levantarse and
stretch their legs every hour and a half, approximately, to activate blood
circulation.
· Do not keep her
legs crossed, so that the blood flow without difficulty.
· Avoid tight
clothes during the trip, and that hinders movement.
· Being well
hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during and after the flight
· Avoid alcoholic
beverages.
If passengers have any
problems with traffic or have suffered injuries in the lower extremities,
should consult a doctor before making a trip of long duration.
