Relegation from the sale of flats

According to statistics from the sale of flats has fallen continuously over 2007, although it appears to be the largest decline in the first quarter of the year.

The statistics ranges from January to June 30 of that year. It also shows that the largest decline in sales is suffering from the floors of new construction, as opposed to those used whose sales have fallen less.

The decline is around 9% and is mainly caused by rising mortgages as a result of continued rises that the Euribor has experienced over the past year.
