Requirements
for adoption
· Being over age 25.
· Having a
difference of more than 14 years and less than 40 years with the adoptee.
· The adopted child
has to be minor.
· Presenting the
application in the Registration Adoptions.
· Have psychology
and socio-economic conditions minimal.
· If there is a
stable relationship between spouses or unmarried partners living together with
a minimum of at least two years.
· Preference will be
given to those enumerated in adopting one of the municipalities of the
Autonomous Region where registration is made.
