Requirements
for applying for permanent residence card
To request is necessary to
fulfill one of the following requirements:
· Having lived in
Spain continuously for the past five years.
· Having was born in
Spain, and reside in Spain over the previous three years.
· Deliver the age of
majority and have been the last five years by Spanish authorities.
· Being a
beneficiary of a pension for retirement or permanent disability.
· Being Spanish
origin and have lost their nationality.
· Being stateless or
a refugee.
· Contribute an
outstanding scientific progress, economic and cultural center of Spain.
