Residence permits are
documents that need to apply those of other nationalities who intend to

as a legal identification of aliens who are residing in Spain. It contains the NIE

from another country who will be more than three months in Spain legally. It is
requested in the Foreign Office or the police department of the
town in which it resides.

Requirements
for applying for permanent residence card

majority and have been the last five years by Spanish authorities.
· Being a
beneficiary of a pension for retirement or permanent disability.
· Being Spanish

· Being stateless or
a refugee.

outstanding scientific progress, economic and cultural center of Spain.
Remarks
There is the possibility for
the foreigner residing in Spain to apply for family reunification, ie
apply for a residence permit equal to theirs for their children or disabled
children in their care, their legal spouse and their parents if depend on it.

make an application which justifies having resided legally in Spain for at
least one year, have a housing and the money needed for the maintenance of
