Market situation
At present the market for
biodiesel in Spain is producing about half a million tons of this
ecological fuel.
The number of service
stations offering the fuel is increasing. It may stand as biodiesel 100% pure or by mixing
with different percentages of diesel.
The major consuming countries are France,
Germany, Italy and Austria where the gas stations offering the biofuel run into
thousands.
