includes workers who derive most of their income from agricultural
activities either agricultural or livestock.
It covers both those who work
for someone else and those who do business and hold itself of the holding. The
latter may now have the ability to assimilate the remaining
self-employed.

The regime's special
agricultural workers are required to contribute, except that instead of
registering in the general scheme of Social Security should be high in the Agricultural
Census.
Agricultural Employers will have to
contribute for their workers the amounts allocated to them in concepts similar
to those of other workers.
In the case of self-employed
persons for their contributions are for contingencies and contingencies
professionals. They also have the ability to increase their trading and

Benefits
Employees are entitled to

The latter by virtue of Law
18/2007, of July 4, have the opportunity to go to the special scheme for
Self Agrarios if they wish and meet certain requirements:
· Have 18 years.
· Being the owner of
a farm.
· That 50% of the
annual income derived from farming and at least 25% in a direct way.
· The maximum
contribution basis can not be overtaken by the 75% of the net income of each
member of the holding.
· Not have more than
two permanent employees and do not exceed a certain number of wages.
· Work personally on
the farm.
· Working more than
half the working hours in agricultural activities.
