The collection of works that
comprise the "Visions of Spain" in Valencian painter Joaquin
Sorolla has already come to Spain where they have never been exposed.
The paintings have been moved
from the Hispnic Society of New York to whom they belong. The first
destination of the works will be Valencia, place of origin of the painter.
Later continue their journey through Seville, Barcelona and Bilbao, to finish
at the Prado Museum in Madrid before his return.
The works are moved fourteen
paintings commissioned at the time by the Hispanic Society to exhibit in
one of its chambers. To some critics these pictures show one of the best
Sorollas.
