Legislation in
Spain
Electronic commerce is
protected by the laws in order that there is any kind of fraud. En el caso In
the case of Spain is governed by the Law on Service of the Society of
Information and Electronic Commerce (LSSI). It is also known as the
Law 34/2002.

responsible, for example, the transfer of files through downloads, paying for a
product or served in or just information.
This law affects all people
or companies that operate from Spain at both European and Spanish, and to do so
in the European Union or elsewhere, and whose recipients are in Spain.
