The sanctions were imposed traffic as a result of having committed a fault in road safety. Depending on the seriousness of the misconduct there are different types of sanctions that will be detailed below.

Mild punishment

Is that sanction to be imposed for having committed any action seen as negligence. It has the gravity of serious misconduct or very serious.

The amount paid does not normally exceed 91 € and, in some cases, may also include the removal of somewhere from driving.

Serious punishment

This is the sanction that is imposed for having committed serious misconduct. The amount varies between 92 euros and 301 euros. It can be compromised with the theft of somewhere permission.

Such punishment can also involve withdrawal from driving for a period of between one and 30 days. The deadline can be met in two installments.

Very serious punishment

This is the sanction that is imposed for having committed a very serious lack. The amount ranges from 302 € and 602 €. This penalty can also involve the removal of some point.

It may include the withdrawal from driving for a period of up to 3 months. As in the serious misconduct of the deadline can be met installments.

Other sanctions

Driving without documentation and authorizations required for the movement of the vehicle is liable to penalties from 94 € to € 1,500.
