Unification of sizes

From September to December, the National Institute of Consumer Affairs conducted a study in over 50 Spanish cities with the aim of consolidating the carvings. Measures shall be taken of more than 10,000 women between 12 and 70 years.

 

The goal is to know what is the most common body building for women. Based on these data that producers should standardize their clothing sizes.

 

This is done under the agreement reached by textile companies such as El Corte Inglés Inditex or with the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs in January this year. The deal also includes changes in the labels on the clothes they contain more data as measures of waist and shoulders.
