From September to December,
the National Institute of Consumer Affairs conducted a study in over 50
Spanish cities with the aim of consolidating the carvings. Measures shall be
taken of more than 10,000 women between 12 and 70 years.
The goal is to know what is
the most common body building for women. Based on these data that
producers should standardize their clothing sizes.
This is done under the
agreement reached by textile companies such as El Corte Inglés Inditex
or with the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs in January this year. The
deal also includes changes in the labels on the clothes they contain more data
as measures of waist and shoulders.
